😂 Every parent has experienced this…

Child at bedtime:

🪥 A surprisingly controversial dental question…

Do you wet your toothbrush before putting the toothpaste on…

OR

Put the toothpaste on first and then wet it?

Apparently people have VERY strong opinions about this. 😂

For the record, your teeth aren't particularly concerned which team you're on.

Just make sure they get brushed twice a day with fluoride toothpaste.

❤️ One of the nicest things about working in a dental practice in a small community…

You don't just see people once.

You watch kids grow up.

You see families expand.

You hear about new jobs, new houses, weddings and holidays.

Sometimes you end up looking after three generations of the same family.

And every now and then someone walks through the door who you haven't seen for years — and the conversation picks up almost exactly where it left off.

🦷 Things your dentist can often tell without you saying a word…

You grind your teeth at night.

You usually chew on one side.

You’ve been brushing a little too enthusiastically.

You haven’t been flossing quite as often as you planned. 😅

You regularly chew ice.

And yes… sometimes we can even tell you’ve started flossing the week before your appointment.

No judgement though. We’re just happy you started! 😂

While Alice St Dental has been part of our community for many years, these past two years have been a very special chapter for us as we’ve had the privilege of taking the reins and continuing to build on the wonderful foundations already established.
