The Easter Bunny is on their way!!

Here are some key points to help maintaining Eggs-cellent oral health over Easter!

🐰 Keep a glass of water near you when eating chocolate! A quick ‘swish and swallow’ will remove some of the sugar from your teeth. 💧
🐰 When you eat your mouth produces saliva which has proteins and minerals that protect your tooth enamel and prevent tooth decay and gum disease. Eating your chocolate after meals means your mouth is already producing saliva and will be better equipped to fight a sugar-induced acid attack. 🍫

🐰 Tooth enamel is softer and weaker when exposed to acid. Wait to brush at least 30 minutes after those sugary treats. 🍬

🐰 Remember to floss to remove any left over food particles and plaque from between your teeth! 🦷
