⚡ LIVE Q/A Session | How many times should we brush in a day? | Ask a Dentist

How many times should your kid _actually_ brush? The answer might surprise you. 👇

If you said "once in the morning" - you're not alone. But you're not protecting their teeth either.

*The Rule for Kids: 2x a day, 2 minutes, EVERY day.*

1. *Morning* - After breakfast to remove plaque overnight
2. *Night* - Before bed is NON-NEGOTIABLE. This is when cavities happen.

*Quick Mom/Dad Checklist to SAVE this:*
- Pea-sized fluoride toothpaste [age 3+], rice-grain [under 3]
- You brush FOR them till age 6, WITH them till age 8
- Spit, don't rinse too much - let that fluoride work!

I see so many kids in my online consults with early cavities just because of that missed nighttime brush.
