With Toni’s retirement we are so lucky to have Brooke join the team!!

With extensive experience in the dental industry, you’ll see Brooke in the surgeries with our fabulous dentists.

Toni has now passed on the “suction baton” to Brooke. Please give Brooke a very warm welcome when you come in next.

After an amazing 18 years with the FHDC team, Toni is retiring!

She has been an integral team member since day 1 and we will miss her dearly. We’ve had a lot of fun since 2008!! But retirement and adventures await in the next chapter of Toni’s life, for which we are very excited for her!

We wish Toni all the absolute best in this new chapter of her life, and it’s never a goodbye, it’s a “see you later”.

There may be a little ruckus in the practice this week as we are doing some renovations.
After doing so well for so long it’s time to replace the blue chair and the green chair.
It’ll all happen this week hopefully with minimal disruption. Advance apologies for any possible inconvenience.

At 1.30pm, Monday 27 July, Aus Alert will be tested nationwide on our mobile phones, smart watches and tablets.

The alert will sound for 10 seconds and we don’t need to do anything as it is only a test.

If you or anyone you know may feel unsafe with this alert, please turn phones to airplane mode or turn them off.

The Australian Government is launching AusAlert, a new national warning system that can send emergency messages to compatible mobile devices in times of disaster.

AusAlert will be ready to use in October 2026, but before it launches, the system will be tested across Australia.

At 1:30pm ACST on Monday 27 July, your devices such as mobile phones, tablets and smart watches may receive a test alert. The notification will vibrate and include a loud siren-like sound that lasts about 10 seconds.

If this could disrupt you or cause you or a loved one to feel unsafe, please turn off your mobile devices or switch them to aeroplane mode before the scheduled test time in your location, and leave them off for at least one hour.

As this is just a test, you don’t need to do anything, but in an actual disaster you should follow the alert instructions to keep yourself and others safe.
