AdelaideCAD is pleased to announce the addition of Dr Tony Leung (BDSc, PGDipClinDent in Restorative, FRACDS) to our team.

Dr Leung brings over 20 years of experience in dentistry along with a special interest in Prosthodontics and Periodontics.

Dr Leung is passionate about evidence-based treatment planning and collaboration with referring practitioners to achieve optimal patient outcomes. He is passionate about material science, innovations and adaptation of industrial manufacturing for dental laboratory production.

Dr Leung is meticulous with his work but also understands there is a real "person" with past experiences, circumstances, and expectations especially around dental treatment. He also caters for the neurodivergent community.

Outside of work, Tony enjoys obsessing over trains and aeroplanes with his toddler.

A recent rehabilitation commenced by Dr Sravan Chunduru - Adelaide Prosthodontist .

Commenced did you say? Well this is the first part which includes building up the worn front teeth with resin according to functional and cosmetic goals.

In this case we are aiming for the back teeth to move into a new position. If it does, it would turn an otherwise extensive full mouth rehabilitation into treating just the front six teeth!

We will be reviewing the case every few months to make sure the back teeth move!

A recent smile transformation by Dr Sravan (.sravan.pros). Not all cosmetic rehabilitation require crowns and veeners.

This lady required her teeth to be removed so we made removable dentures fitted by the referring dentist at the time of extractions.

All dental procedures carries risk so it is important to seek professional advice to see if this process is suitable for you.

Did you know that thumb sucking habit can have long-term impacts on craniofacial development? It's important to monitor this and eventually discourage them from sucking their thumb. Sometimes this habit starts really early in life! This ultrasound shows that children can exhibit this habit in-utero.

This example was kindly modelled by the unborn second child of .sravan.pros, and sibling to his daughter!
