Dental Receptionist/Dental Assistant- (Casual Role starting with 5-15 hours pw)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic casual Receptionist / Dental Assistant to join our busy practice in Woodville South.
An exciting opportunity exists for a reliable and motivated team player to join our happy and experienced team. We are a busy, modern practice focused on personalised patient care and high quality dentistry.
About us: Our modern practice is focused on exceptional patient care and high quality dentistry. We are committed to team development and ongoing training internally and with Prime Practice Management.
About the role: We are seeking a Receptionist/ Front Office Coordinator, with dental assisting experience whom is reliable and eager to work in a broad role.
Predominantly, we are seeking a front office coordinator, who has extensive experience in a dental reception role, including: answering phones/ email enquiries, liaising with patients, keeping the calendar organized and full, accounts- including Eftpos payments and Hicaps payments, creating invoices for Medicare patients.
Experience with Oasis11 is preferable.
Your role will also encompass duties of a Dental Assistant (Including sterilization & cleaning procedures)

Hours will vary per week, essentially 2-3 days -15/20 hours per week, then extra hours when covering other staff for holidays and days off (usually during school holiday period) Thursday would be a day you would be required to be available for the role.

All training will be provided as required, however experience working in a dental practice is a must!
About you: Your exceptional interpersonal skills will allow you to deliver personal and professional customer service. In addition, your proficient organisation skills will allow you to efficiently fulfil duties such as the presentation of treatment plans. You will succeed in this role because you:
• Have approx. 2 years’ prior experience in a dental assisting and reception role
• Have a long term commitment to dentistry
• Demonstrate well rounded interpersonal skills
• Are a motivated individual who uses initiative
• Have immaculate presentation and etiquette
• Qualification of Certificate III in Dental Assisting and/or Prime Practice training is an advantage
• Experience with Oasis 11 System an advantage
