We're supporting Brett with his Ride 379 - A fight for Childhood Dementia.

🚲 From September 14th – 17th Brett will be taking on an incredible challenge, riding 379km around the Happy Valley Reservoir to help raise funds and awareness for Childhood Dementia.

But why 379km?
3 represents three beautiful children in the Little Heroes Foundation family who are living with Childhood Dementia.
7 represents the 700,000 kids affected by childhood dementia worldwide.
9 represents the 90 Australian children who lose their battle each year to Childhood Dementia.

🦷Teeth Tip Tuesday! 🦷

Let's break down the 2-2-2 Rule ✌️

🪥 Brush 2 times a day: Clean your teeth once in the morning to remove overnight bacteria and once before bed to clear away food and plaque.

⏱️ Brush for 2 minutes: Spend a full two minutes on each brushing session to make sure you reach every surface of your teeth.

💺Visit the dentist 2 times a year: Go for a professional checkup and cleaning every six months to catch problems early and remove hardened tartar.
