To all of our wonderful clients at Dental on Metro. Thankyou all again for your ongoing support during 2025. We will be closing for the Christmas period this year beginning 25th December 2025 and will be re-opening on Monday 5th January 2026. Our message bank will be available and this will be screened daily. We hope this Christmas period provides you all with a relaxing break and we look forward to catching up with you all again in 2026. Could our client's please note that for the 2 weeks from Monday 12 May until Friday 23 May our desk will be staffed from 9 am instead of the usual 8.30 am while our usual front desk coordinator is on leave, we thank you for understanding 😷 😁

Heya to all of our client's at Dental on Metro. This year we will be working up until and including 24th of December 2024 and re-opening on Thursday 2nd January 2025. If you have an emergency during this week you can contact the Sourh Australian Dental Service (SADS) on 8222 8222 or otherwise all calls will be diverted to our message bank and this will also be screened every day.

Dental on Metro have recently incorporated OPG and Cone Beam CT (3D x-rays for wisdom teeth and implant planning) to our services, EPA compliant and trained staff for our clients safety and convenience 🍏🪥😀

2022 Christmas Closure

Dental on Metro will close from Friday 23rd of December 2022 and re-open on Tuesday 3rd January 2023. A message bank is available over this period and messages will be screened during this period. Any clients who require urgent treatment will have there call returned. Please also note that Dr Bertossa will also be on leave on 23-27 January, however Dr Arjun will be available for emergencies and routine treatment in this week.

The team at Dental on Metro wish to say a big thankyou to all of our clients. 2023 will be Dental on Metro's 12th year of operation and it is so nice to see clients returning, many of whom have been with us from the beginning. It has been a pleasure over the years to continue to get to know our clients and to know their families and lives, to see families grow and kids grow up. Whether its simple check-ups or more complicated treatments, we have enjoyed helping you out. As with all the other years, in 2023, we will strive to adopt the latest standards and keep on top of trends and emerging technology in the industry whilst keeping our client experience based on good old fashioned customer service. To all of our valued clients, we hope you all had a relaxing Christmas. Our staff have taken a break between 24 December 2021 and will recommence on Tuesday 4 January 2022. Next year we look forward to the start of our second full time dentist, Dr Arjun, commencing with us on 15 January 2022. Lock down over! Dentists in SA have been formerly advised that we are back to pre-lockdown restriction level 1. Density limits, COVID screening questions and mask wearing (clients and staff) apply, otherwise our full range of services are available again as of Wednesday 28th July. We thank our clients for their patience and understanding. For anyone who's appointments have been affected our front desk will be in contact with you shortly. To further our communication yesterday – the Directive has come out from SA Health – and as such – we can confirm that we will be reverting to Level 1 Restrictions for dental practice as of midnight tonight.
