Do your teeth need to be shaved down to “stumps” for veneers? 🦷
It’s one of the most common concerns we hear about porcelain veneers, and Dr Chrish is breaking down the misconception.
Veneer preparation isn’t the same for every patient. Depending on factors such as your existing tooth position, shape, alignment and the planned outcome, the amount of tooth preparation required can vary.
For some suitable cases, minimal preparation may be possible, while others may require more preparation to achieve the planned result.
The key? Treatment should be planned around your individual teeth, not a one size fits all approach.
A clinical assessment is required to determine whether veneers are suitable for you and what preparation may be involved.
