We are excited to share a significant step forward in our AIDOC research project at the Medical University of Vienna (Ethics Committee EK 1417/2024).We have successfully implemented OpenClaw — an open-source, self-hosted agentic orchestration framework — as the top layer of our Virtual Patient Clinical Decision Support System. OpenClaw now coordinates the entire multi-step AI pipeline: image validation, RAG-based knowledge retrieval via RAGFlow, local vision-LLM inference via Ollama (Llama 4 Scout Vision + Mistral-7B-Instruct), result structuring, and full audit logging to our local PostgreSQL instance — all running on-premises on our ASUS NVIDIA SPARK supercomputer (~1 Petaflop) at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery....

Im Schlaf zu neuen Zähnen

Heute haben wir in unserer Ordination einer Patientin mit medizinischer Hypnose-Sedierung ein Zahnimplantat gesetzt – mit 3D-Navigation, minimalinvasiv und ohne Naht. Durch die 3D-Planung und Vorbereitung dauerte die Operation selbst weniger als 10 Minuten . Patientenvorstellung / Überweisungsgrund Der Patient stellt sich zur implantologischen Abklärung in unserer Praxis vor. Überwiesen wurde er durch seinen Hauszahnarzt mit der Fragestellung, ob Zahn 26 entfernt und durch ein Implantat ersetzt werden kann oder ob eine konventionelle prothetische Versorgung mittels Brücke von 25 auf 27 erfolgen soll.
