Immediate Implant in Regio 17: Straumann TLC 4.5 RT SP placed freehanded. Contour augmentation with PRF&Allograft as Stickybone, buccal CTG and SSA for 4months then delivery of final crown.

Immediate Implants for 46&45.
We initially tackled the recession of 46 with extracting only the mesial roots of 46 while keeping the rest of the tooth. The Defect was filled with a combined bone&soft tissue graft vom the tuber&allograft Stickybone. After 5months we extracted 46&45 and placed Immediate implants fully guided with chairside SSA. After another 4 months we delivered screw retained zirconia crowns.

Delayed Implant Placement in the lower jaw (45,35,36) due to vertical fractures of endo treated teeth 35&45.
We extracted the fractured teeth at an emergency appointment and went straight for Socketpreservation with Allograft & PRF aka Stickybone with a healing time of 6 months including perio treatment and recall. After that we inserted 3 implants fully guided and let them heal with SSAs for another 4 months.
Final Single screw retained zirconia crowns were made by . Thanks for their work
