Delayed Implant Placement in the lower jaw (45,35,36) due to vertical fractures of endo treated teeth 35&45.
We extracted the fractured teeth at an emergency appointment and went straight for Socketpreservation with Allograft & PRF aka Stickybone with a healing time of 6 months including perio treatment and recall. After that we inserted 3 implants fully guided and let them heal with SSAs for another 4 months.
Final Single screw retained zirconia crowns were made by . Thanks for their work

Immediate Implant 14 due to vertical fracture
Palatal Placement, buccal contour augmentation with Stickybone (Prf+Allograft in the buccal socket) and a CTG from the palate. SSA for 3 months then delivery of a screw retained crown. Thanks to our lab partner for the great work.
