صرير الأسنان (Bruxism) هو طحن أو كز الأسنان لا إرادياً، غالباً بسبب التوتر أو اضطرابات النوم. يؤدي لتآكل المينا، آلام الفك، والصداع. العلاج الأولي يشمل [واقي الفم الليلي] (Night Guard) لتجنب تلف الأسنان، بجانب تقنيات الاسترخاء، تقليل الكافيين، وعلاج أسباب التوتر.

أهم النقاط حول صرير الأسنان:
الأنواع: صرير نهاري (استيقاظ) أو ليلي (أثناء النوم).
الأسباب الرئيسية: الإجهاد، القلق، اضطرابات النوم (مثل انقطاع النفس)، أو آثار جانبية
لبعض الأدوية.
الأعراض: أصوات طحن، ألم في الفك/الوجه/الرقبة، صداع، حساسية الأسنان، وتكسر
الأسنان.

العلاج والحلول:
