حالة زراعة مكان سن أمامي مفقود مع تعويض فوري مؤقت..
فقد السن منذ فترة طويلة أدى إلى ضرورة إجراء التطعيم العظمي وغشاء الكولاجين في المنطقة..
ستتم متابعة الحالة للتعويض النهائي بعد بضعة أشهر.. 🔩🦷.

The delay of teeth replacement after extraction will result in over eruption of antagonist teeth and complicating the treatment plan.
In the case shown; extraction of over erupted molars was done in addition to bone grafting to prepare the site for future implant whilst an implant was delivered to replace the missing lower molar. 🔩🦷.
التأخر في التعويض عن الأسنان المفقودة بعد قلعها يسبب تطاول الأسنان المقابلة من مكانها وتعقيد خطة العلاج.
في الحالة المعروضة، تم قلع الأسنان المتطاولة وتطعيم المنطقة بالطعوم العظمية تمهيداً لإجراء الزرع المستقبلي في حين تمت الزراعة مكان الضرس السفلي المفقود. 🔩🦷
