- Sever crowding of the lower teeth
- ⁠Moderate crowding of the upper teeth
- Narrow dental arches
- CL I malocclusion
- ⁠Crossbite of upper lateral and lower canine

Patient/ parents were asking to improve his bite, alignment of teeth, and improve smile.

Treatment of choice for this case was removable Clear Aligner to resolve the above issues and restore the correct occlusion/bite.

Patient cooperation was excellent and issues were resolved beautifully giving him straight teeth and beautiful smile 😁

Retention of choice is both fixed permanent retainer and night time wear of removable retainers

- Open bite/ inability to bite properly
- Protrusion of teeth/ Flared out front teeth
- CL II dental malocclusion on CL I skeletal relationship
- Crowding
- Narrow dental arches

Patient was very concerned about his smile and ability to bite and cut food, he asked to improve his bite, alignment of teeth and smile.

Treatment of choice for this case was fixed metal braces.

After careful examination of the records, removal of 4 teeth was performed to resolve the above issues and restore the correct occlusion/bite.
