Protect your peace. ✌🏼 Not every invitation needs a yes, not every trend needs your attention, and not everyone online is living the life they post. FOMO will make you chase moments that were never meant for you. Comparison 🪬 will make you question blessings you once prayed for.
Log off sometimes. Be present. Look after your mind. Choose real people, real conversations and real happiness.
You are not behind. You are simply on your own timeline.
A healthy mind, a peaceful heart and a positive outlook are worth more than keeping up with a world that never stops Scrolling …

So , almost 3.5 months ago , while trying to do a random three pointer in the Netball Stadium near my house , I cracked my left ankle bone !! But during these last 3 1/2 months A new me evolved !! I think I became more empathetic and understanding towards the people of determination. I started valuing my family , my extremely caring husband and my heartbeats , my kids ,more as it is their love and Care that kept me up and running even during these tough times…. Found amazing new friends in my neighbours who were extremely supportive and helpful during these tough times….
For sure, I will not forget my Nanny who was extremely patient and took care of me and in a very special way…
So now I call myself the titanium lady and thought to visit the same place as I regained my walking abilities . Clicked a picture at the same spot and thought to post it on the gram !! Because… पतझड़ के बाद आते हैं दिन बहार के… जीना क्या जीवन से हार के !!
