From open bite… to a completely renewed smile! This patient previously had jaw surgery for a Class III malocclusion, followed by orthodontic treatment. About 4 to 5 years after finishing ortho, he came back to us with a developed open bite. Instead of just making minor adjustments, we reevaluated the entire case. Step 1, comprehensive assessment and treatment planning. Step 2, orthodontic retreatment using clear aligners. Step 3, once we reached the desired ortho result, we moved into the esthetic phase. Step 4, anterior veneers to refine the final smile. The result? Better alignment, improved bite, and a harmonious natural look.
