I’m in love with this shot …. Bubble test 😛 … sodium hypochlorite flooded in the pulp chamber , and this is the reaction with the organic tissue of the pulp

Hint … tiny bubbles will clear the pulp chamber and improve the version to find hidden orifices and missed canals

هي تنتج من التفاعل بين الصوديوم هيبوكلوريد مع النسيج اللبي (العصب)

ملاحظة : هذه الفقاعات الصغيرة ستجعل مظهر الحجره اللبية انظف واوضح واحتماليه اكتشاف فوهات الاقنية او الاقنيه المفقودة ستكون اكبر .

كيفية القيام بها
بعد الانتهاء من تحضير القناة ولنفرض انك وصلت التحضير لقياس ٢٥. ٦٪؜
خذ مبرد يدوي k (يفضل ان يكون نيكل تيتانيوم ) يكون قياسه ٢٥ ثم قم بدفع هذا المبرد داخل القناة مع الضغط باتجاه الذروة ، اذا وصل الى الطول العامل دون تجاوز الذروة فهذا هو قياس التضيق الذروي
اما اذا تجاوز الذروة ، عليك ب اخذ مبرد اكبر مثل ٣٠ او ٣٥
وهكذا ….

How to do it ?
Take a hand file (better NiTi k file )of the size that you think its the size of the apical construction (you will know it after preparing the canal (last file ) ). push the file down the canal and tap the top of the file. The size of the file that can reach the correct working length without being pushed out the apex is the size of the apical construction. Now you can fill the canal .

لانني لم استطع الحصول على قناة جافة 😁
تم استخدام ماءات الكالسيوم كضماد بين الجلسات

Why ?
Because i wasn't able to get dry canal 😢
Non sitting calcium hydroxide was used as an intracanal medication

الدراسات الاخيرة اوضحت أن هناك علاقة بين الحصاة اللبية و حصوات الكلية !!!
لذلك لاتتردد في سؤال مريضك ان كان يعاني من حصوات او امراض كلية عندما تجد حصاة لبية داخل السن

تتواجد ال دلتا ب الارحاء السفلية بكثرة وجودها ممكن يأثر على نجاح المعالجة سبرها وتنظيفها بالمبارد جدا صعب واحيانا مستحيل...

وجودها ممكن يأثر على نجاح المعالجة
سبرها وتنظيفها بالمبارد جدا صعب واحيانا مستحيل
لذلك افضل الحلول لتنظيفها هو التنظيف الكيمائي عن طريق سوائل الارواء وتنشيط الارواء ( لذلك منقول خد وقتك بالارواء بما لايقل عن ٣٠ دقيقة)
طريقه الحشي تلعب دور كبير ايضاً …. الحشي الحراري فعال اكثر من الحشي الجانبي التقليدي

Apical delta are very common in mandibular molars , their presence may affect the successful rate of root canal treatment .
Scouting the delta with manual or rotary files is very difficult , thats why the best way to clean delta is the chemical cleaning by irrigation solution and activation ( take your time in irrigation … not less than 30 minutes)
The warm GP obturation technique is important here … its better than traditional lateral obturation technique .

- الم على العض
- رض على السن المصابه
- جيب لثوي ضيق وعميق بطرف واحد من السن ( دهليزي او لساني غالبا)
