– Prevents discoloration, bad odor, and distortion of aligners.

How Long Does Laser Teeth Whitening Last?
• Average duration: 6 months to 1years.
• Some people maintain their results longer with good care, while others may notice fading sooner due to lifestyle factors.

Tips to Maintain Whitening Results:
1. Avoid Stain-Causing Foods and Drinks:
• Limit coffee, tea, red wine, dark sodas, berries, and soy sauce.
• If you do consume them, use a straw and rinse your mouth afterward.
2. Quit Smoking or Va**ng:
• To***co is a major cause of staining and can quickly reverse whitening results.
3. Practice Good Oral Hygiene:
• Brush at least twice a day with a whitening toothpaste. ( not more than 6 month or inbetween switch to normal tooth paste)
• Floss daily to remove plaque between teeth.
