Egypt 🇪🇬 See you soon at DS Summit Egypt 2026!

I’m preparing something special — less traditional lecture, more LIVE dentistry. A multi-camera setup on stage, live Rubber Dam isolation, live dental photography and plenty of practical tips & tricks for everyday practice.

Three hours together, sharing what actually works in daily clinical dentistry.

Can’t wait to be back in Egypt, see old friends and meet new ones.

See you in Cairo!

Long Video Alert!:)
Challenging case today: posterior quadrant rehabilitation with ceramic onlays.
Deep margin elevation on the distal aspect of a second molar, with rubber dam isolation, preparation, scanning under rubber dam and CAD/CAM workflows.
Lots of practical tips and tricks along the way.

It was a pleasure to be in Timișoara sharing ideas on rubber dam isolation, dental photography, and modern protocols for more predictable and efficient restorative dentistry. Thank you to everyone who attended!

When isolation gets tricky and the margin is too deep for the clamp and floss ligature alone, a simple trick can save the day.

Roll a small piece of PTFE (Teflon) tape and gently tuck it below the cervical margin. Keep the two ends of the tape underneath the clamp so it stays stable and compressed. The PTFE adapts beautifully to the sulcus, helps retract the tissue, and improves the seal of the rubber dam — often turning an impossible isolation into a manageable one.

Simple, inexpensive and extremely effective.

Excited to have completed my second course trip to Brisbane, held on 1–3 May 2026 at the beautiful .dental venue.

The course followed a fully hands-on format focused on real clinical workflows:
• Rubber dam isolation seamlessly integrated into modern restorative protocols
• Dental photography as a clinical tool for diagnosis, communication, and treatment planning

The objective was simple: to share clear, practical protocols that could be applied immediately in daily practice with confidence and predictability.

It was a pleasure meeting colleagues in Brisbane and working side by side throughout the course.

Lower molar with asymmetrical gingival level / atypical preparation.
A single clamp would not provide a stable or hermetic seal.
Isolation was achieved using two clamps ( Cut B5 and B4 Coltene Brinker), one per root, combined with PTFE tape to displace and isolate the gingival tissue in the furcation area.

It was a pleasure to be part of DS World Dubai 2026.

I had the opportunity to contribute with a lecture focused on dental photography, as well as a hands-on workshop dedicated to rubber dam isolation and CAD/CAM dentistry—from isolation and field control to digital workflows and restorative ex*****on.

It was great to meet so many colleagues and share ideas, techniques, and experiences over the course of the event.

Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to making DS World 2026 such a memorable experience at the Grand Hyatt Dubai.

Thankful for the opportunity to lecture and conduct a workshop at the 35th IAACD Conference in Goa on two subjects that have had the greatest impact on my daily restorative workflow: rubber dam isolation and dental photography.
Day 1 will be dedicated to hands-on practice, covering clamp selection, isolation strategies for virtually every clinical scenario, dental photography protocols explained in details
Day 2 will consist of a lecture and live on-stage over the shoulder demonstrations, supported by a multi-camera setup showing the complete workflow, clinical decision-making process, and the many small details that help make treatments more predictable and efficient
The goal to develop controlled, reproducible restorative workflows that can be applied confidently in everyday practice.
Looking forward to sharing experiences, learning from colleagues, and meeting many of you in Goa.
