1. استخدام جهاز الـ Distal Jet مستنداً إلى زريعات تقويمية حنكية (Palatal TADs) لإرجاع الأرحاء العلوية وتأمين المسافات المطلوبة لترتيب الأسنان والأنياب بدقة 🪄.
2. تصحيح العضة العميقة من خلال غرز الأسنان الأمامية وتعديل ميلانها للخلف، بالتزامن مع تبزيغ نسبي للأسنان الخلفية لفتح العضة في الأمام وتحقيق التوازن الإطباقي المثالي ⚡.
والنتيجة: تحرير كامل لحركة الفك السفلي، إطباق صحي متوازن، وابتسامة واثقة ومشرقة كما تستحق دائماً 👌🏻🤍.

A deep bite is far more than a cosmetic concern it restricts the natural movement of the mandible and can exert excessive stress on the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) 🌿. Correcting it is critical to freeing the lower jaw and restoring optimal functional balance 🎯.
In this young patient’s case, she presented with a severe deep bite combined with crowding and inadequate space for the upper canines to erupt properly ⚠️.
Our treatment protocol was carefully designed:
1. Utilizing a Distal Jet appliance anchored by palatal temporary anchorage devices (Palatal TADs) to distalize upper molars and create the required arch space without compromising anchorage 🪄.
2. Correcting the deep bite via anterior teeth intrusion and torque correction, complemented by posterior extrusion to effectively open the bite and establish a stable, functional occlusion ⚡.
