Smilerite is run by Dr. Shalji Sreenivasan, a graduate of one of the finest dental colleges in India, The College of Dental Surgery, Mangalore operating under the umbrella of Manipal Academy of Higher Education. He received his Masters in Orthodontics from University of Kuopio, Finland. He has been practicing as a specialist orthodontist in Abu Dhabi for the past 20 years in various private and government clinics including the dental division of Shaikh Khalifa Medical City and ADNOC Medical services. Dr. Shalji provides all kinds of orthodontic treatment for children and adults including multidisciplinary orthodontics, lingual orthodontics like Incognito treatment and the latest invisible braces namely the "Invisalign" treatment.
Dr.Shalji Sreenivasan is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and a fellow of the World Federation of Orthodontists.
Dr Gemma Santamaria Cervera has completed her degree in Dentistry from University International de Catalunya, Barcelona, Spain. She has a Degree in Restorative Aesthetic Dentistry from the same university. Dr.Gemma has over 9 years experience in specialised dental procedures like root canal treatments and crowns and bridges and aesthetic treatments like veneers and bleaching.
Dr.Yener Oguz, the Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon and Implantologist at Smilerite has over 13 years of experience in Dubai and Turkey. Dr Yener received his PHD in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery in 2007 from Turkey.
Dr.Yener offers full scope of oral surgical procedures related to teeth such as surgical extractions, removal or exposure of impacted teeth, periradicular surgeries, periodontal surgeries, surgical insertions of temporary orthodontic anchored appliances, dental rehabilitation via insertion of dental implants and necessary prior bone augmentations and sinus lifts.
Dr. Smita Shalji graduated from one of the premier Dental schools in India, the Manipal Academy of Higher Education and has more than 19 years experience in all general dental procedures.
Dr Sreelekshmi Madhu, the primary care dentist at Smilerite acquired her Bachelors in Dental Surgery from SRM University, India in 2011. Dr Sreelekshmi focuses on preventive procedures in dentistry and is skilled in patient counselling and education.
