Our members work in the community through leadership and service. We educate, spread awareness, and fundraise for children born with facial deformities.

Since 1982, Operation Smile has delivered the highest quality surgical care to patients worldwide, helping children and families at the most fundamental level – by delivering healthcare. Operation Smile’s vision was born when our co-founders, Dr. Bill and Kathy Magee, saw an overwhelming need for surgical care on their first medical mission. wing up, returning to help every child who deserves hope for a better life. As a result, this whole-hearted act has inspired tens of thousands of volunteers, supporters, and students to do the same.

Last weekend, we volunteered at the Best Friends Bash! 🎉 This event brings together CHOP craniofacial patients and Penn Vet patients who have dealt with similar conditions. Thanks to everyone that helped out with this awesome event!!

Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) is a childhood cancer foundation dedicated to raising funds for research into new treatments and cures for all children battling cancer.

Change a child's life by donating to safe surgery for cleft lip and palate. THIS MONDAY, buy something sweet and help give a smile to a child forever! Humble toothbrushes will also be sold. Members who have paid dues, come get your humble toothbrush!

Ramata’s story is the story of so many children in Ghana. That’s why in honor of World Smile Day tomorrow, we’re going back to Ghana — to provide cleft palate surgery to Ramata and surgical care to more than 100 children like her who have faced significant barriers to accessing care.
