I Enjoyed filling in at Dr Alley, BENNETT & HARBACH FAMILY DENTISTRY in Placentia yesterday!
What a great team of dental professional!
It was a nice change of pace from my mobile RDHAP practice. In the office, patients come to you; with Special Access Dental, I bring care directly to patients who can't easily access a dental office. Different settings, same goal: helping people achieve better oral health.

Summer is one of my busiest seasons as I travel around providing dental hygiene care to my disabled, elderly, and homebound clients.

This week, I'm especially grateful to have a good friend helping me so I can continue focusing on the patients who depend on these services.

Thank you to the families, caregivers, and facilities that trust Special Access Dental with their loved ones' oral health. It is a privilege to serve this community every day.

Many families don’t realize mobile dental hygienists are available until they truly need one!
Today, I helped a patient whose mother recently had a stroke and lost a crown. They were so relieved to discover care could come directly to her home. Their gratitude was a reminder of how important accessible dental care is for homebound patients and their families.

Yesterday was such an amazing and rewarding experience volunteering as an dental hygienist with HAFDRA at the Mountain Health & Resource Fair in Lake Arrowhead.

It was an honor to share my gift to provide dental screenings, cleanings and oral health education to this wonderful community while helping increase access to care.

I am grateful for my friend Shellie at HAFDRA the opportunity to give back, connect with so many families, and be part of something that truly makes an impact.

RDHAPs help bridge the gap for those who face mobility, medical, or transportation barriers, ensuring they receive preventive care, oral health screenings, and compassionate support where they are most comfortable.

Access to oral health care should never be limited by disability or circumstance. Every patient deserves dignity, prevention, and a healthier smile.
