Good morning and happy Monday!! I took a little break from posting due to some family issues that I needed to tend to. But you all have kept me pretty busy anyhow! And for that and your patience, I truly thank you! I hope this winter has treated you all kindly! I was challenged to make a healthy breakfast cookie for a customer this weekend. This is what I came up with- A peanut butter oatmeal raisin cookie sweetened with a touch of maple syrup. No other sweeteners here! Made with coconut oil and packed with walnuts, chia seeds, raisins, and h**p seeds, these are sure to please kids and parents alike! Good and good for you. It's a win win. ;)
