Giving back looks different depending on where you are in the world — and this time, it took Dr. Fiss all the way to St. Mary's Primary School in Zimbabwe. He brought along shirts and hats for the students, a small way to bring a little warmth and confidence to kids across the globe.

Did you know it can actually get cold in Zimbabwe? Hats aren't just a nice extra there— they're genuinely needed to help kids stay warm during the cooler months.
