Meet > Meet 42 North Dental

Sandra Peralta, joined 42 North Dental as VP of Talent Acquisition in the Fall of 2022.
Previously, Sandra worked in the field of talent acquisition and HR at companies in the professional services, consumer packaged goods, and health care industries.
Throughout her 18 years of experience in HR and recruiting, Sandra’s focused on employer branding, talent management, talent acquisition, performance management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Priyanki Amroliwala is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Leader that has been working in the healthcare sector for almost 20 years. She has experience in talent acquisition/recruiting in clinical and non-clinical roles in all aspects of healthcare for locations all throughout the US. Priyanki is currently employed by 42 North Dental for 10 years and is the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. She graduated from the University of Baltimore, Merrick School of Business, in 2006, where she holds a specialization in Marketing Communications.

Katie Catlin has been a Dental Recruiter since June 2015, bringing a wealth of experience from her time at several DSOs. She currently works for 42 North Dental where she has the privilege of cultivating relationships with dedicated dentists. Katie's strong understanding of the dental industry, combined with her commitment to building lasting relationships, enables her to deliver effective recruitment solutions tailored to each unique situation.

Stephanie T. Payne, DMD is a seasoned dental professional with over 30 years of clinical and leadership experience. She began her career with 42 North Dental at Gentle Dental, where she held roles ranging from Associate Dentist to Director and Partner. Stephanie currently serves as the Director of Clinical Development and Regional Clinical Director, overseeing clinical operations and continuing education initiatives. She is also committed to community service, recently volunteering with the Great Shape/1000 Smiles project in Grenada.
