Excuse the mess! New 3D printers are going in, so the swag closet got evicted. Everything will be back to normal by your next visit, promise! Dr. Lavigne and Dr. Cardarelli go through every new case together. They see patients independently all week, then sit down and calibrate on all of it. Whichever doctor your kid sees, both of them know the plan.

The brackets we put on Tylia today will never fit another person on earth!

Tylia works here at Anchor Orthodontics. She got her full set of braces on this morning, and every single bracket on her teeth was 3D-printed for one specific tooth in one specific mouth. Hers!

Most braces are stock. One bracket design, pulled from a drawer, stuck on a 9 year old and a 40 year old alike. LightForce doesn't work that way.

Dr. Lavigne and Dr. Cardarelli plan every case together, decide exactly where each tooth needs to finish, then design each bracket to drive that tooth there.

Precision does something you actually feel. Treatment finishes faster. Fewer appointments. Longer stretches between visits, which matters when you are the one doing the driving. And the results are dramatically better than what we could do with stock brackets!

If your child needs braces, or you have been told they do and you want a second set of eyes, come see us. Kids' consultations are free and you do not need a referral.

A regular Wednesday morning at our Providence office!

This is what Dr. Lavigne wanted Anchor to feel like when she opened the practice. Not quiet, not sterile, not a place anyone dreads going. Just a real practice with real families moving through it, and a team that genuinely likes being here.

We see kids, teens, and adults at both our Providence and Wakefield offices. Braces, Invisalign, early evaluations starting at age 6. No referral needed to come in for a consultation.

This past weekend, Dr. Lavigne had the privilege of hosting dentists from across the country for a continuing education course focused on orthodontic diagnosis.
