Ate at Jonah’s in Thomasville and couldn’t stop melting from the amazing flavor profiles with each dish! The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente and the scallop and shrimp pesto pasta had a lovely balance of citric and herbal flavors. The cyclone shrimp had a zesty Thai Chili flavor with other sweeter notes in the sauce I didn’t even care to try to place because I was too busy enjoying it!
Imagine Southern atmosphere and food with gourmet technique!
Definitely on my go-to list from now on!
