Are you keeping score in your practice?

Imagine watching a football game...or a soccer match...without knowing the score.
It wouldn't be nearly as exciting, would it?

The same is true in your hygiene department.

If you're not tracking your metrics, how do you know if you're winning? How do you know where you can improve? And how do you celebrate the progress your team is making?

After some much-needed time away with my family, I thought it would be the perfect time to reintroduce myself.

I'm Sandi, founder of Hygiene Hype.

I have 40 years of experience in dental hygiene—
• 32 years providing chairside patient care
• 8 years supporting and leading hygiene teams in the DSO world.

Throughout my career, one thing has always remained the same...
I absolutely love empowering, elevating, and encouraging dental hygienists.

When I led hygiene teams, one of my favorite things was sending a Monday Update every week filled with clinical tips, continuing education opportunities, new products, communication ideas, and a little encouragement to start the week.
