"I'll be honest, I am usually the person who ignores those “please leave us a review” requests after appointments. I can’t remember the last time I actually followed through, either because I forget or because the experience just didn’t stand out enough to motivate me. This time was different though. I was already composing this review in my head as I walked out of the office.

As someone who hasn’t always had the best experiences with healthcare providers over the years, I tend to go into new appointments with a fair amount of anxiety and skepticism. I half expected to feel judged for my less conventional approach to certain dental decisions and my hesitations around things like root canals.

Instead, I had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The front office staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The dental assistant immediately put me at ease, which made a huge difference. And Dr. Hunter Watson exceeded all expectations - he was respectful, open-minded, and never dismissive of my concerns or viewpoints. He took the time to patiently answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way.

I honestly can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m actually looking forward to going back and starting my treatment plan. And that’s saying a lot, especially considering I haven’t even had any dental work done yet!" - Kimberly
