🦷 February is National Gum Disease Awareness Month, and we want to help you stay ahead of the "silent" symptoms! 🦷

Check out our three tips below for healthier gums ⤵

- Brush for two minutes twice a day and floss daily to remove plaque from the hard-to-reach areas your toothbrush misses. Brushing only reaches about 60% of your tooth's surface. Flossing gets the rest!

- Schedule professional cleanings twice a year to catch early signs of gingivitis before they become serious.

- Incorporate antibacterial mouthwash into your daily routine and rinse after meals helping to clear away bacteria-feeding sugars when you can't brush.
