Next up for Front Desk Appreciation Week is our newest friendly face, Jessica! 💙🦷

Jessica may be our newbie, but she is already fitting in fantastic and has been such a great addition to our team.

She is one of the last smiling faces our patients see as they check out, and she does such a wonderful job making sure they leave feeling cared for, helped, and appreciated. From scheduling next visits to answering questions and keeping the day moving, Jessica brings kindness, warmth, and a calm presence to the front desk.

We are so happy to have her as part of the Westport Periodontics family and have loved getting to know her more each day.

Next up for Front Desk Appreciation Week is our ray of sunshine, Courtney!

Courtney recently flipped seats from being the friendly smile patients saw on their way out to being the very first smile they see when they walk through our doors.

And honestly? Her smile is so good, it caused a little office drama… because now some of our hygienists are upset they don’t get to see it as much from the other side of the desk. 😂

Courtney is a busy mom of boys, and when she’s not doing all the things that come with that title, she’s here keeping the front moving, welcoming patients, and dishing out the best conversations along the way.

She has such a gift for making people feel comfortable, seen, and cared for, and we are so grateful for the kindness, humor, and warmth she brings to our team every day.

Riona is the friendly, knowledgeable face who helps patients understand the next steps in their treatment. She takes time to walk through appointments, costs, insurance questions, and the treatment process in a way that feels clear, calm, and not overwhelming.

With her background in dental insurance and her gift for explaining things simply, Riona helps patients feel more confident and prepared as they move forward with care. She has such a steady, helpful presence, and she plays a huge role in making sure patients feel supported from start to finish.

She is also a major part of what keeps our days running smoothly behind the scenes, and we are so grateful for the care and dedication she brings to our patients and our team.

We’re kicking off Front Desk Appreciation Week with the one and only Wendy! 💙🦷

Because let’s be honest… National Receptionist Day is just one day, and our front desk team deserves way more than that.

Wendy is the first friendly voice many of our patients hear when they call Westport Periodontics. As our New Patient Coordinator, she spends so much of her day on the phone helping patients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for before they ever walk through our doors.

She does an amazing job making new patients feel comfortable, answering questions, gathering information, and keeping everything moving with kindness and patience. Basically, she is the calm, helpful voice behind the scenes making first impressions feel easy.

We’re growing-and we’re ready to add another friendly face to our front desk team! Westport Periodontics & Dental Implants is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our crew. Our front desk team needs another kind, organized, welcoming person to help keep our days running smoothly.

If you’re someone who loves helping people, enjoys a busy but supportive office, and can bring a calm, positive energy to patient interactions, we would love to meet you.

Position: Front Desk Coordinator
Hours: Monday–Thursday: 7:15 AM–4:30 PM
Friday: 7:45 AM–1:00 PM
Benefits include:
-401(k), medical & dental insurance, paid holidays, PTO
-A supportive team environment
-No late evenings and short Fridays 🎉

Dentrix & Dental experience is helpful, but the right personality, reliability, and willingness to learn mean just as much to us.
