As the Spokane, WA Community Ambassador, you will be a part-time Yelp employee (working out of your home or anywhere with WiFi) at the helm of a vibrant, buzzing community of locals who drink, shop, and play their way through the city via peer recommendations on Yelp. ⁠

The Community Ambassador role requires a blend of strong event planning, social media, and marketing skills with the goal of highlighting local businesses and further growing the local Yelp community. Community Ambassadors also spend time engaging with their local Yelp Elite Squad, a group of Yelpers who have gone the extra mile with their content- sharing awesome photos, writing thoughtful reviews, and supporting other Yelpers in the community.⁠

We are so excited to have gotten to catch up with - owner of and . You may have seen Ricky's gingerbread house kits make appearances during Elite Events over the years. Check out their pages to see all the cool things Ricky and his incredible team are up to!

In Ricky’s Italian and Portuguese family, bread and cheese were permanent staples, making it nearly impossible for him to not feel a deep connection to those foods. From those early days with Mom and Grandmas to the 20 plus years of his culinary career, Baking and Pastry has fulfilled his soul. Ricky has always daydreamed of what it would be like to open his own bakery. Now, he is bringing his dream to life.

Rind And Wheat will bring seasonal and cultural breads, baked goods, and artisan cheeses to the Inland Northwest that we’re proud to call home. The team will source ingredients to celebrate the local grain and produce economies and they’ll be transformed to accompany a cheese board, be slathered on a slice of sourdough or become the filling of a European butter danish. Ricky’s mission is to provide you with an approachable experience to discover unique and worldly flavors.

Morsel by Rind And Wheat is the newest member to the family and will allow them to expand in the best way they can. And we are so excited for them!
