We just received a request for "space sharing" - See the following details:
• Our business of about 25 years is in the process of downsizing. and feel we might fit well in spare office leased by a dentist in southeast King County. Four Corners, Maple Valley, Auburn, Kent, Renton and Tukwila would all be good areas for us. We would not require a lease; only 1-2 months notice to find a new location should the practice that we share begin to outgrow itself.
• We usually have 2 to 3 people in the office at a time and expect to work increasingly remotely so as not to clutter the office.
• Interpreters serve most hospitals in King County, hospice, school districts, etc. and are well aware of HIPAA rules with respect to private health information.
