Not all cases are implants or 24 veneers. This patient is a long time patient of mine, she had an accident when she was 16, had tons of anxiety, that took her another 2 years to get the root canal. 2 months ago, she told me she has her 26th birthday coming up and hates her brown tooth. Also she got over her anxiety, by a lot. 4 sessions of internal bleaching and a little composite veneer. If you know me, you know I am an advocate of tailored dentistry, listening well and executing. Not offering the most expensive treatment but customized for each patient, realizing their needs and addressing their concerns.
