Not all cases are implants or 24 veneers. This patient is a long time patient of mine, she had an accident when she was 16, had tons of anxiety, that took her another 2 years to get the root canal. 2 months ago, she told me she has her 26th birthday coming up and hates her brown tooth. Also she got over her anxiety, by a lot. 4 sessions of internal bleaching and a little composite veneer. If you know me, you know I am an advocate of tailored dentistry, listening well and executing. Not offering the most expensive treatment but customized for each patient, realizing their needs and addressing their concerns.

In a dislocation trauma, after making sure the roots are not fractured with CBCT, I managed to reposition the teeth to the right place and splint till things calm down and teeth get more stable. I will keep monitoring the vitality and possible root resorption. For now, can’t ask for a better outcome. Grateful for the trust of this new patient with her dental emergency on a Thursday night.

This lovely patient decided to get a full mouth reconstruction. Right before the prep day, an old root canal tooth broke off from the gum line. He got an immediate implant and is now in the process of healing. We were able to temporize the implant perfectly to blend in with the smile. Stay tuned for finals in couple months.

The top picture is the original teeth with some composite bondings from the past. The middle is the mock up based on our digital wax up. Once the patient approved the shape and color of the teeth, we moved forward to the finals. The last picture is right after cementation. There was no prep and no temporaries involved.

This lovely gentleman is one of my earliest patients in USA. One day he decided to get a facelift through his full mouth reconstruction. He absolutely looks 20 years younger. Showing more teeth, fuller smile, very natural color, all as he requested. When I was trying to get a before smile, he told me he never smiles. Now, every couple of months he sends me a photo of himself smiling, saying that he is taking “my smile” to different places. I am truly happy for him and the fact that he smiles a lot🙂 As always I grateful to my lab technician, a true artist. Picture is 3 years follow up.

Bike accident resulted in a root fracture and pulp exposure of this young patient. He came on a Friday afternoon in despair. We managed to remove the broken piece and made him a temporary till he gets his root canal done with Dr. Eslami, Contemporary Endo. Then we use our genius lab, Regal to recreate what was lost. Again, precision, planning, using the right resources. Definitely not cheap but worth every penny in my opinion.
