I am an ambassador of personal POWER, and have always been innately driven to inspire and guide others; encourage them to take their power back. I would be honored to help facilitate your journey back to your 'higher self'. You may not even realized you have strayed and this is part of the problem. It is what is blocking you from manifesting what want and becoming the person you were meant to be.

You can read the books, watch the DVD's, attend to the seminars and lectures that speak to your spiritual and personal growth,.. know it, but never really have put it to use. Until you apply that knowledge, really put what you KNOW into 'practice' on a daily basis it will fade from your memory like high school geometry. You must learn to find the time,.. to meditate until it becomes habitual, like brushing your teeth, showering or that oh-so important visit to Starbucks you manage to fit into your busy schedule. 'Meditate' doesn't have to mean sitting in the lotus position and chanting a resounding "ommmm" for an hour. It doesn't have to be hard work. It can be done at your office desk; the closing of ones eyelids for 5 minutes, ten deep breaths and setting your intention to focus on 'nothing'.. or 'something' positive that brings you joy is enough to change your life in a HUGE way. Let's prioritize; is nurturing your mind-body-spirit, less important than healthy teeth and gums? No need to ask your dentist, I assure you.. it is NOT! Most of you have no problem brushing your teeth daily, so what gives? Why so neglectful of your poor little self? Meditation, (going within), or just learning to be 'aware' of your thoughts is paramount to raising your vibration, healing and manifesting things you never thought possible!.. (That's just it, you never THOUGHT THEM POSSIBLE,.. therefore, they were NOT.. yes, it's that simple). The POWER of your thoughts, words and beliefs are the catalysts that create your life. Becoming aware of them,.. staying in that awareness, will help you create your life ON PURPOSE as opposed to by default; which is what most of us do when we are not aware, then wonder why bad or negative things keep happening 'to us', as if we had nothing to do with it. We create our lives while on 'auto pilot', falling victim to people and circumstances around us by mindlessly 'reacting' to them. Learn how to ACT instead of react. In the POWERS program (founded by Lacy Younger in 2006), you will gain POWER-Tools and learn how to plug-in to your higher self (the power-source).. from there all things are possible. In our seminars and weekend intensives you will glean the basic fundamentals of meditation and self hypnosis. You will learn about The Laws of The Universe and the powers that lay dormant in you. But on a serious note, we all have days when we are not in touch with our self worth and wonder, what’s the point of it all? Just remember, there are plenty of people worse off than you who could use some inspiration or would appreciate being ‘lifted up’… if you focus on giving them ten minutes of your kindness with that in mind, you will be given a gift you might not have anticipated… that is ‘the point of it all.’

Here you go… yes, I am fearless… yes, my face is naked and free of makeup and not enhanced by any filters… yes, I am Waaaay over 50 years old… yes, that is my natural, wavy, insane hair, that I allowed to dry naturally, no straightening and then curling with an iron… just pure, unruly, A-symmetrical waves that plague me more and more the longer it gets and the older I get… to cut or not to cut… to wear mascara on these microscopic blonde eyelashes or not to wear… to be vulnerable or not to be… THAT is the question.
But no… wait, the real question is, are you brave enough to just be you? No fake nails, no hair extensions, no makeup, no mask…
You are beautiful just the way you are. Now listen to me!!..

Day 5 of 30 Day POWERS PROGRAM

‘I LOVE waiting in line’

TODAY’S MANTRA:
*I am mastering the art of manifesting by developing my manifestation~muscles*
.. say this three times out loud, (kind of a tongue twister 🤪)... memorize it then write it down (a post it note, in your journal... even on your hand), so that you will remember to repeat it throughout the day.

People often say to me, “wow, you are so good at manifesting things... how did you do that?”. My answer; I have been meditating and studying the laws of the Universe for almost 40 years now. I have collected many tools and practice meditation every day... habitually. I have developed some serious manifestation muscles and when I put my ‘mind’ to something, I am usually able to get real clear on what that thing is, see it, ‘feel it’ smell it, even taste it, and call it in via meditation, belief and sheer unadulterated WILL power. Of course there are many things I am still working on and there is almost a seasonal ebb and flow to the intensity of my application (probably due to my A.D.D. 😬) but I am diligent.

The most effective habit I have developed over the years is to use my time while standing in line to attract the things I desire...

It is such a habit now, the minute I step into a line i am triggered to immediately start visualizing the thing I most want, something that makes me happy. As if I were a kid daydreaming about that skateboard I want so bad, seeing myself riding it, feeling the exhilaration as I go down a big hill. I use that time to ‘enjoy myself’ and focus on attracting the things I want, the things that excite me and make me ‘feel’ happy to think about. Simple concept, right? Only the most common thing people spend their time thinking about while in line is how ‘in a hurry’ they are, how slow the thing is moving! Usually you are using that time to ‘worry’ and are feeling anxious about all of the things you have ‘to do’ and get to, you are noticing someone’s shoes or the bald spot of the back of the guy’s head in front of you, wondering, how did that little tiny piece of lint get all the way up there?.... just waisted minutes. Waisted thought. Time that could have been spent purposefully creating.

Today we focus on building our ‘manifesting muscles’ by using every minute we are waiting in line... in a car while driving somewhere, in the doctor’s office... or even waiting in lockdown, at home during a pandemic! These are the PERFECT opportunities to work on MANIFESTING what you desire by focusing on it, daydreaming about it. It’s so much fun. What else do you have to do that is so pressing?! Honestly, if you can’t spend even an hour a day on yourself (meditation, exercise), you HAVE to ask yourself, “why am I short changing myself all the time, am I not worth it?” Priorities! Get ‘em straight.

JOURNAL
First thing this morning write in your journal,
‘Thank you for this day, thank you for all that I have and for all of the opportunities that are coming my way today. I am so excited to begin this day and I am so very grateful’.

Then write down one thing that you would like to focus on attracting today, just one thing. Money, love, a new job, healing of an illness, the purse you saw in the window at Bloomingdales... whatever, just write it down and close your eyes for a few minutes and get a clear picture of it, see it, see yourself enjoying it, smell it (if it has an odor, money has a distinct odor), and most importantly, FEEL the feelings of happiness you will feel when you have it, when you are living that reality, how you will enjoy it.

Then write,
‘I am so happy and grateful now that I... (whatever the one thing is)... am healthy and free of disease.’
Or
‘I am so happy and grateful now that I am the owner of a new doughnut shop’...

Write that 5 times in a row.

Then write a short ‘thank you note’ to your higher self for helping you to stay diligent on your path during these 30 days, for helping you to put the time into your meditations, for helping you to be mindful throughout the day of the things you are working toward, for helping you grow more powerful every day and for all of the LOVE you feel... for yourself... you deserve it, say thank you. Give thanks to your own willPOWER.
Write it, then read it.

Remember...
TONDAY’S MANTRA:

You now LOVE waiting in line!
Use this time to create. Enjoy yourself! I am so proud of you all for doing this work. ❤️

Here is today’s meditation; it is your 5 minute daily again but I am asking that at the end of it you ‘stay in meditation’ for several more minutes, as long as you can... just bringing white light in through the top of your head and try and intensify the light and bring it down into your body, let it travel and grow throughout, burning out anything that does not serve you anymore, anything that is not ‘healthy’, anything negative. Let the light annihilate all that does not belong. Just work on ending your meditation with that. Practice my friends, practice.🌸

Day 4 of 30 Day POWERS PROGRAM

‘Writing, directing and starring in your own movie’... making it, then watching it every day until it becomes your reality.

TONDAY’S MANTRA:
*I am in control of my own destiny; Today, I dedicate every minute to conscious creating*
.. say this three times right now and memorize it for the day. Write it down.

Today we focus on the realization that we MUST make the time in our day for meditation, prayer and introspection. It is in this practice that we clearly set our goals/intentions and boost them into creation with the power of faith, belief and the ‘feelings’ that ATTRACT.

Do you find time to brush your teeth, blow dry your hair,... watch mindless tv every day? Do you find time to worry... every single day? Do you find time to do so many other mundane things that really aren’t making a positive difference in your life? You know you do! Well, here is the real question... why can’t you seem to make time to do the few simple things that can heal, uplift and empower you on a cellular level but you can find time to make a ham sandwich?! Like, just sit for 30 minutes and just be quiet. Your spiritual, physical and emotional health need to be your PRIORITY every day... you are the doctor, the healer, the psychologist, the magician!... You are empowered, it’s all in there, all you have to do is ‘go within’ every day for just a few minutes! Get to know your inner self, your higher self. Get ‘plugged in’ to THE SOURCE, the energy that creates ALL...
..Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth;...

Yes, that is from the Bible, YES, it is truth... wether you believe it or not. I can personally testify to the fact that the many prayers I’ve said with great passion, were answered the same day. Miracles. Seriously. It’s ok if you are not into God (he is totally into you, I assure you), or the Bible. But if you are I encourage you to pray with passion, pray with urgency, pray with specifics, pray and ‘give thanks’... heartfelt gratitude at the beginning and the end of your prayer for all that you have and those things you don’t yet have but just KNOW are on their way to you... pray a little bit harder, a little bit more out loud. If you don’t have God in your life, I ask that you pray to the Universe, to the source of all that is and will be... the collective, creative energy... pray to your higher self.

Take a minute and ask yourself why you ‘resist’? Why you so often say, “I don’t have time for that” when it comes to meditation... ? Or, why, 4 minutes in, you give up because you get distracted or you can’t seem to focus on ‘nothing’ or you are too uncomfortable to relax... you have too much to worry about... too much to do,... too much on your mind to try and meditate! ?...
Most of us were not given this tool; we were taught to go, go, go, do, do, do... toil, slave, sweat... “everything requires hard work, that’s the only way to bring it to fruition”. This simply is not true. You can bring more to fruition by sitting or laying down and meditating for 30 minutes to an hour every day than you can working your ass off 24 hours a day!

It gets much easier with practice and it is very gratifying! Put the work in there. It can heal you in so many ways and bring peace and focus so that you are conscious of WHAT YOU ARE CREATING. Every day that begins with meditation will be 100% more fabulous then the days that you don’t. The momentum that builds when you meditate every day supercharges you’re ‘creative energy’ and the more consistently you do it, the faster you are able to manifest physical things in your life, heal yourself, grow anything you desire, from seed to fruit. Your powerful energy is what is the ‘cause’ of the effect. The more you ‘plug in’ the more powerful you become. You deserve everything good in this world and beyond. You can absolutely reach the beyond via meditation and prayer. It WILL change your life. So stick with it, practice it daily, along with your sandwich making... they are equally important!

JOURNAL
First thing this morning begin by writing, “Thank you for this day, thank you. I am so grateful for all of the wonderful things I am about to receive today!”...

Then write your movie. If you could watch a movie about your ideal life and what a day in it would look like, how would it play out?

For example, You can begin with...

“I am tall and beautiful with green eyes and a very fit body...
I am going to my job that I adore; I am a professional golfer. I can’t wait to travel to Canada for my next tournament and stay in a five star hotel this weekend. It is so nice to be able to afford to travel 1st class everywhere I go. I love my husband so much, he makes me happy and does kind and thoughtful things for me every day.... he and I have a very passionate relationship, we are intimate and affectionate with each other every day. I just recurved a check for $30,000 dollars and I need to go deposit it, I can’t wait to go buy that new car I’ve been looking at!... I look forward to getting home to our beautiful stone cottage on Sunset Cliffs tonight and making dinner together, as we always do, in our beautiful kitchen... “

etc. Short-sweet.

Kind of like that. This is your movie. I want you to visualize it, read it back to yourself a few times in a row and see it in your mind. Try and watch that movie all day today... make it like you are remembering your favorite movie. It’s fun to watch! Go back to it and read it often today. It makes you ‘feel’ good. Those feelings generated are crucial to attracting the energy that creates.

Have fun with this idea today. Write ‘my movie’ on your hand or on sticky notes and put a few about the house and/or in your car. Just keep reminding yourself about your movie, then watch it again. Keep going my friends, you are amazing! ❤️

Here is your meditation for today, yes it is a little longer but take the time to do it! It promises to make your day... I promise...

Create the life you wish to have and surrender your creation to the Infinite Intelligence. Allow space for relaxation and ease while the universe takes care ...

Notice the way you feel when you are thinking about it, chest tight, anxious, sad,.. maybe angry. If angry, get in touch with that $h!t and go punch a pillow... (or scream into it)... and leave it behind!... moving on baby! Now go dwell on something that makes you smile with childlike anticipation... wait for it...
