a lot of people think being tired just comes with life… 💤
busy schedules, stress, not enough sleep, but sometimes it’s something you wouldn’t expect 👀
we see patients all the time who are doing everything right; going to bed on time, getting enough hours in and still waking up exhausted…
in a lot of those cases, it has less to do with sleep habits, and more to do with how your body is breathing while you sleep.
it’s one of those things that often goes unnoticed, but can the world of a difference once it’s addressed 🤍
