It’s Fancy Tooth Friday again! Our favorite day of the week!! 🤩😎

😩 This patient developed pain and swelling several years after having a crown done on tooth #3. We were able to complete treatment in one appointment (after a short course of antibiotics) and get this patient back to feeling great again! 👍👌

Upper molars are so fancy because they often have an elusive 4th canal which can be so challenging to locate! With a couple thousand root canals in the books, 3D CBCT imaging and high powered dental operating microscopes, those elusive 4th canals are no match for this team!! 😷😎

Another ✨Fancy Tooth Friday✨ in the books!

This upper molar was badly broken and causing severe cold sensitivity. We were able to get this patient out of pain and sealed the tooth up with a permanent filling immediately so they’re ready for a crown 👑 🦷

What’s fancy here is these roots were incredibly long at about 28mm!!! 😳🤩 and this sweet patient could not open their mouth very wide so they made Dr. Sells work extra hard to get the job done!! ✅
