Following a thorough evaluation, we have decided to implement a new pricing policy from June 1st, where new customers who sign up for weekly or bi-weekly services will be subject to a $45.00 minimum charge, and $55.00 for one-time service without a contract. *TJ’S CUSTOM LAWNS LLC — RAIN POLICY*

*Why we don’t mow in the rain:*
Mowing wet grass damages your lawn and my equipment. It causes ruts, compaction, clumping, and spreads disease. I won’t leave your yard looking worse than when I showed up.

*How it works:*
1. *I watch the radar* — If there’s >60% chance of rain during your service window, I’ll text you the day before with a heads-up
2. *Final call by 8:00 AM* — If ground is saturated or actively raining, service moves to the next dry day. Usually within 1-2 days
3. *You keep your spot* — Weekly customers stay weekly. If you’re scheduled for Tuesday and it rains, you’re first up Wednesday or Thursday. No skipped weeks
4. *No charge for rainouts* — You only pay when the work gets done
5. *Extreme weather* — Thunderstorms, flooding, or standing water = automatic reschedule for crew safety

Please make sure gates are unlocked on rain makeup days. I’ll text before I head over.

*Goal:* Keep your lawn healthy and looking sharp, even if Michigan weather doesn’t cooperate.
