Dr. Ward and Kendra spent a day in Chicago learning how to better utilize the technology and tools we already have through our practice software, ORYX.

Excellence isn’t just about what happens in the treatment room. It’s also in the details behind the scenes: the systems, communication, and intentional processes that help make your experience feel seamless. Continuing to learn and asking how we can do things better allows us to provide more personalized care. We came home with new ideas, better systems, and plenty of excitement about what’s ahead.

This isn’t the “after.” 🤍

What you’re seeing in the second photo is actually the in-between.

These are provisionals, the temporary restorations we use while the final ceramics are being created. But “temporary” doesn’t mean they’re an afterthought.
They’re an incredibly important part of the process.

Provisionals give us the opportunity to evaluate the shape, length, proportions, function, and overall feel of a new smile before the final restorations are made.
Because changing a smile shouldn’t be about simply making teeth whiter or straighter.
It should be thoughtful. It should be collaborative. And most importantly, it should still look and feel like you.

There is a lot that happens behind the scenes between these two photos, and even more to come. For now, we’re pretty excited about where we’re headed. ✨

This weekend, our team traded scrubs for BBQ. We shared a great meal, laughed together, and had the opportunity to meet the people who matter most to each of us.

Community is one of our core values, and days like this remind us why. 🎳

We were honored to be invited by one of our patients to an Arbor Bank event, where we had the opportunity to spend time together as a team, enjoy a little friendly competition, and connect with members of their organization.

One of the greatest gifts of being part of this community is that our relationships with patients often extend beyond the walls of our office. We’re grateful for the trust our patients place in us and for opportunities to support and celebrate one another outside of dentistry.
