Plan: A CORE1 3.0 X 11.5 mm implant was placed with an insertion torque of 40 Ncm. In such narrow spaces, the Core1 3.0 Cybermed implant provides an effective solution without the need for bone grafting or ridge expansion. The implant was initially placed on April 25, 2025, and the healing abutment was inserted six months later on October 10.

Result: Although the final restoration was delayed for five months due to the patient’s personal reasons, the outcome was highly successful. A smile makeover was performed using E.Max veneers prior to digital impression taking, and the ISQ measured 78 before the prosthetic phase. The final restoration was delivered as a beautifully layered zirconia crown using a Cybermed Link abutment.
