Feeling incredibly honored (and honestly a little shocked!) to be named a Castle Connolly Top Dentist!
Castle Connolly’s Top Dentist list represents the top 10% of practicing dentists nationwide, making this recognition incredibly meaningful to me. 🤯🥳

What makes it even more special is that Top Dentists are peer-nominated and independently vetted by the Castle Connolly research team. There is no pay-to-play — each provider is hand-selected based on clinical excellence, patient care, and interpersonal skills.

I’m so grateful to my patients who trust me with their care, to my incredible colleagues, mentors, and team at Brede Ciapciak Dental and BU Dental who continue to challenge and inspire me 🤍
Feeling very lucky to love what I do every single day. 🥹✨

You’re not alone if your first month wearing immediate dentures was this difficult. But let me explain WHY…

07/31/2026

“Every tooth has high points and low points. The cusps get all the attention, but without the pits and fissures, the tooth would lose its shape, its function, and ultimately its purpose. Your time here will have high points and low points, too. There will be days when everything clicks, and days when nothing seems to go right. Don’t mistake your difficult moments for evidence that you’re failing- failures are just success… in-progress!
As professionals, we spend our careers restoring both the peaks and valleys of a tooth. In the same way, your triumphs and struggles will both shape the dentist you become. The goal is not to avoid the lows. The goal is to learn from them, grow through them, and continue showing up for your patients with integrity and excellence.
And if you can do that, ten years from now you’ll look back and realize that every cusp and every fissure, every success and every setback, was part of the pressure that transformed you into a diamond.
I can’t wait to see each of you shine as students, dentists, and as fellow colleagues and professionals. Welcome to dental school, welcome to our profession, and welcome to the future that you are more ready for than you know.” -Dr. Ashley Ciapciak
