Sometimes you just need to be surrounded by family. ❤️

This past weekend, I celebrated 50 years around the sun, and I got the BEST surprise! All three of my sisters and my brother-in-law flew out to Tennessee just to celebrate with me and Rick. ✈️❤️ And honestly, it was exactly what I needed.

I only cried four times… which I’m calling a win! 😂

We had the most fabulous weekend filled with so many memories. We threw the best party, where I somehow managed to win 6 Oscars AND a tiara—apparently 50 looks good on me! 👑🏆😂

We had a fabulous Yellow Rose Tea at the Hematite Hotel, wandered through the beautiful Cheekwood Botanical Gardens, cheered on the Tennessee Titans at their preseason game (TITAN UP! 💙⚔️), and spent the day on Percy Priest Lake having the absolute time of our lives. ☀️🚤

But the very best part wasn’t any of the places we went or things we did. It was having my people here. The effort, time, travel, and love it took for everyone to fly to TN and celebrate with me means more than I can ever put into words.

I sure do love you all, and I’m beyond grateful for every laugh, every memory, every happy tear, and every crazy moment we shared.

50 years. Surrounded by family. What more could I possibly ask for? ❤️🥂✨

The learning and collaboration around how our leaders continue supporting our stylists in retaining guests, building stronger relationships, and solving our guests’ hair concerns was truly impactful. These conversations are what help us continue elevating the salon experience and growing our teams with confidence. 💇‍♀️💜

Big energy across the West Nashville market!

Shoutout to Katy Freeman Freeman and team in Green Hills, and Michael Corbin and team in Clarksville for an incredible first visit with our new RVP, Brandy Schmidt!

These teams showed up ready—sharing what they want to be known for in 2026 and learning how to truly activate our 5 S’s by brand. The passion, clarity, and commitment to growth were unmatched.

And we also had the pleasure of celebrating Lead Cashier Alegna for an amazing milestone—over 100 store cards in 2025! An incredible achievement that truly reflects dedication and guest connection at its best.

So proud of these teams and all the momentum building across the market. This is just the beginning… let’s go! 🚀

We all have those weeks — the ones that test your energy, focus, and drive. This is one of those weeks for me.
But even in the hard moments, I’m reminded why I keep showing up: the incredible people I get to lead and work alongside every day. 💪
