Our honest answer:

Most adults finish in 12–18 months. Mild cases, even less. The trays are clear — nearly invisible in everyday life.

You take them out to eat, brush normally, and switch trays every 1–2 weeks. The hardest part is wearing them 22 hours a day.
The result is worth it.
A small gap or mild crowding? Could be 6 months.
More complex movement? 18 months.
