Did you know that not all toothpaste is the same? Some have baking soda, fluoride or even peroxides. With all different combinations of ingredients, here's the tried and true basics of a solid toothpaste 👇

In honor of National Dental Hygiene Month, we're going to break down everything you need to know about mouthwash!

✨Is it important?
While mouthwash can definitely help your oral routine, it's not essential nor is it a replacement for brushing your teeth or flossing.

✨When should you use it?
You can use mouthwash before or after brushing based on your personal preference. The order does not change effectiveness.

✨How should you use it?
Swish thoroughly for 30-60 seconds and avoid eating, drinking or rinsing for at least 30 minutes so the active ingredients can work.
