Congratulations to Jayden on getting his braces off!
Here is a peek into the process of how we reveal a new smile✨🎊

First, we take the braces off and polish the glue off of the teeth, and a little bit of polishing on the edges to make sure they are all smooth and even.
Next, we take a digital scan with an iTero scanner to make your retainers.
Finally, we take our finishing photos— and celebrate and admire your transformation!

Our patient CM came to us with:
🔹Class I bite with Class III tendency (lower jaw slightly forward)
🔹Moderate crowding on both arches

We used Pitts 21 brackets and principles to transform CM’s smile!
With SAP (smile arc protection) bracket positioning, or placing the brackets very high up on the tooth, we were able to achieve a beautiful smile arc. With specific configurations of elastics, we were able to align her bite perfectly.
This transformation was completed in 20 months!

Our patient SK came to us with:
🔹Overbite 70% deep
🔹Moderate crowding
🔹Midlines centered, healthy bite and molar relationship

We treated SK using clear aligners!
About half way through his treatment, we performed interproximal reduction (IPR) on his lower front teeth to give his teeth more room and alleviate the crowding.
The entire transformation took 14 months!
