How do we achieve great results in wear cases? Treatment planning and understanding of proper occlusion. What’s happening? This patient has worn her teeth substantially creating a compressed “envelope of function”. If we were to just do the upper teeth not recognizing the loss of space for the proper amount of restored length, this patient would inevitably break the veneers. Therefore, thinking about restoring the space needed to support longer or rejuvenated length is paramount. This means we have to do all the lower teeth to open the bite making room for the length to be put back on the uppers. The lower 14 teeth were done completely “prepless” no drilling. This opens up the space to tolerate the restored upper length. At the same time we designed the 12 upper porcelain veneers to the proper length. One doesn’t exist without the other. A lot of teeth restored with little or no drilling. This is what creates the beautiful after. Great work with

the goal was to fix the cross bite amd re-create the new teeth with similar shapes to the original. this is a very difficult task. did it perfectly. not going to lie, this patient saw this before and after on the screen the day after we put her teeth in and said, “i hate those people that get all emotional and cry when they see this” as the tears were streaming down her face. we had a good laugh 😊 NEXT WEEK DUBAI.

o objetivo era corrigir a mordida cruzada e recriar os novos dentes com formas semelhantes ao original. esta é uma tarefa muito difícil. fez isso perfeitamente. não vou mentir, esta paciente viu isso antes e depois na tela um dia depois de colocarmos seus dentes e disse: "Eu odeio aquelas pessoas que ficam muito emocionadas e choram quando vêem isso", pois as lágrimas escorriam por seu rosto sua. demos boas risadas 😊 NA PRÓXIMA SEMANA DUBI.
