I went fishing on an over night Charter this past weekend and the fishing was spectacular out on the Pacific Ocean out in the Channel Islands 60 miles out from Santa Barbara, CA. CISCOS Sport Fishing in Oxnard has a Fleet of Boats going out daily and weekends! PEANUT OIL! Thank you Brother Carver! The way I roll and sooooo much better than Canola or Vegetable oils. Peanut Oil is not only much lighter but with deep frying it can withstand much higher temperatures for repeated use stretching your dollar! It does not absorb or transfer flavors from food during the cooking process making it a very high quality ingredient in my menu arsenal!
