As dentist anesthesiologists, we work closely with pediatric dentists to treat patients that may be at an age where they are pre-cooperative/uncooperative and/or have rampant dental caries that would normally require multiple visits to complete the treatment 😮‍💨

Seeing pediatric patients under general anesthesia can reduce the number of visits to just one ☝️ appointment, and also reduce the potential trauma or fear at the dentist from trying to complete extensive treatment on an uncooperative child 🫣

We were so honored to attend the grand opening of in Torrance this past Friday 💙 We have worked with Dr. Michael Park in a surgery center setting and can attest to his proficiency and skills 🦷🤩

When it’s that time of year to renew our certifications 📇 One of the things that people never talk about is how much effort, time ⏱️, and money 💰 it takes to maintain a professional license!

A dental license and general anesthesia permit renewal requires earning at least 74 hours of continuing education credits as well as updating certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) every two years. The learning never stops! 🤓📚

Our group is unique in that we all went through anesthesia residency at the same time, which has helped us grow as a team because we have been together from the start 🤝💜✨

We still have our program director as our mentor and our dental assistant and nurse that were with us while in residency training still work with us now to form our Bliss family 🫶
