We are hiring a Front Desk Receptionist!
At Lawton Oral Surgery, we are seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to be an integral part of our mission to provide exceptional patient care. We offer an exciting and supportive work environment with a wide range of benefits to support your well-being and professional growth.
As an oral surgery practice, we provide numerous procedures that involve surgery of the mouth, teeth, jaw and face. We are committed to providing quality care for our patients and maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment in our waiting area.
Daily Responsibilities include:
As a Front Desk Receptionist, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Welcoming patients and ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere in the waiting area.
2. Checking patients in and out while effectively monitoring the daily schedule to ensure accurate patient whereabouts.
3. Answering phone calls, checking messages, and promptly returning patient calls to schedule appointments.
4. Receiving and documenting insurance information from patients.
5. Maintaining a clean and organized waiting room, ensuring a comfortable experience for patients.
6. Completing insurance verification and billing tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a dental front desk or similar administrative role (Preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office software and dental practice management systems.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday. 8am - 5pm
